Product use: Replacement for sand in swimming pool filters
How to use: Replace all sand in filter with Zelbrite and backwash normally.
Depending on ammonia and other soluble cations loading of water will determine where replacement is required.
Benefits: According to overseas literature, swimming pool filters loaded with Zeolite operate far more efficiently and improve pool water quality. Ammonia is adsorbed and reduces the use of chlorine by up to 50% resulting in a reduction in itching eyes and other chlorine associated problems.
Zelbrite also filters out colloidal material significantly improving water clarity.

Filta-Aid
Numerous international studies have investigated the potential of Zeolites to remove soluble cations from potable and wastewater. Filta-Aid has been proven to adsorb iron, ammonia, manganese, potassium, calcium, magnesium and most other cations.
