Natural absorbent for petroleum/chemical/liquid spills.
Also absorbs vapours/fumes and a great ammonia scavenger/adsorber
How to use:
Apply liberal quantities to spill and wait until petroleum/chemical/liquid has been completely absorbed.
Sweep up and dispose of according to hazardous goods recommendation.
Rate of vapour/fume absorbtion is dependent on liquid - mineral sponge ratio.
Benefits:
A great multi-purpose liquid and vapour absorbent. Being a light weight clay it is easy to handle but not too light that it can't be usedin windy or draughty conditions unlike other absorbents on the market that are only suited to indoor applications. Mineral Sponge absorbs almost all liquids; acids, alkalis, oils, chemicals and petroleum products.
