Day 1 of the upgrade
It has been a huge day for all the contractors involved in the refurbishment and upgrade of the North Site. We have seen portions of the roof removed to allow for the lifting of the old kiln and 1 of the bag houses. Tomorrow should see the start of the rebuild with the new bag house being lifted in to place and the internal structure altered to accommodate the larger kiln. Progress photos will be uploaded every couple of days so you can all watch the progress.
